Appointments are booked in 15-minute increments, however, the fee charged at the end of your consultation may be adjusted based on the duration of your consultation.
‘Out of Pocket’ relates to the end cost, after your Medicare rebate is refunded to you ‘on the spot’.
An additional $10 is charged for appointments on a Saturday.

Fee Policy
Wellness Medicine is a private billing clinic.
Fees are to be paid on the day of consultation.
We do not charge a transaction fee for use of credit cards. Please feel free to use your card or cash as you prefer.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment with less than 4-hours notice (GP appointment), 24-hours notice (Integrative Medicine appointment) or don’t show up at all, you may be charged a fee:
- 15 minute consultation – $25
- 30 minute consultation – $50
- 45 minute consultation – $75
- 60 minute consultation – $100
