Upon getting tests done, results are categorised into 3 different recalls:
- Return Urgently: You will be contacted on the day your result come and you will be offered an appointment within 24-48 hours
- Discuss: You will receive a sms on the day the result comes in.
If we do not here from you, we will sms you again within 2 weeks.
If we still have not heard from you following the 2nd recall, you will receive a follow up phone call from our Practice Nurse - No Action: No contact will be made. Please feel free to book an appointment with your doctor should you wish to discuss these results.
Please note: in some circumstances, your Doctor may allow for you to retrieve your results over the phone from our Practice Nurse.
Your doctor will need to indicate this in your file.
