Dr Ayesha Everitt


Originally from Fitzroy, Ayesha studied medicine at The University of Adelaide and has worked across a variety of settings in both metropolitan and rural Australia. Ayesha has recently returned from the UK teaching medical students at Kings College, London.

As well as enjoying the breadth and variety of general practice, Ayesha holds special interests in the following areas:

Reproductive and Sexual Health
Ayesha holds a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is able to provide antenatal shared care. She has experience working in sexual health and is able to provide contraceptive and family planning advice, including the insertion of the contraceptive implant.

Ayesha is passionate about raising a healthy young generation of children and is a mum herself. She has paediatric emergency experience at both the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Adelaide and the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.

Travel Medicine
As an avid traveller herself, Ayesha is both experienced in and qualified to provide advice on various travel adventures. She has completed a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and studied travel medicine at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.


Ayesha is able to perform minor skin excisions.

Preventative Health and Chronic Disease Management
In sum, Ayesha strives to help patient’s achieve their best health, whether that be providing evidence based advice on a maintaining a healthy lifestyle, or managing long term health conditions.

Outside of work Ayesha enjoys keeping active, spending time with her family, music and travel.
